Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 in January, 2020. Any device running Windows 7, after January 14, 2020 may not be HIPAA compliant.
Cadwell ended production of the Wedge in 2013. Service Contracts are no longer available and Cadwell can commit to providing Application and Service support only until June, 2020.
Cadwell ended production of the Wave in 2014. While replacement of your equipment is not immediately necessary, Service Contracts are no longer available and Cadwell can commit to providing Application and Service support only until April, 2021.
